Family is everything to us at Kingston Estate Wines with every person in our business being an important member of our extended family.
Kingston's wine range celebrates the diverse regions of South Australia by capturing South Australia's best regional qualities in the bottle.
In 1979 Sarantos and Constantina Moularadellis planted 40 acres of vines and when son Bill Moularadellis completed his winemaking degree in 1985, Kingston Estate Wines was officially born. Today, Kingston Estate winery and vineyards continues to thrive under the fervent care of Bill and his family.
The Kingston Estate Winery is located in the township of Kingston-On-Murray, near the banks of the picturesque River Murray, around 220kms from Adelaide. We source our grapes from nearly all South Australian wine regions including the Clare Valley, Coonawarra, Adelaide Hills, Padthaway and of course from our home, the Riverland. This broad reach gives our winemakers enormous flexibility to create vibrant wines that display distinct varietal characteristics.
Kingston Estate is renowned for our flagship variety, Petit Verdot and we proudly lay claim to the largest single planting of the variety in the Southern Hemisphere. We showcase the drinkability of this variety each year with the release of our most highly regarded wine, the Echelon Petit Verdot.
