Bob Wiseman, Production Manager

Bob graduated from Uni with an Applied Science Degree and started work with Berri Coop Winery (later to be Hardys and Constellation). Technical management opportunities led to an industry switch to the fruit juice industry and the subsequent 19 years working for Berri Ltd allowed him to gain experience in a number of roles including technical, manufacturing/production management and manufacturing software implementation.

A change of lifestyle was called for in the late 90's with children requiring a father not to be interstate 2 weeks in 4 and so Bob left Berri Ltd for some consulting with some other management aquaintances. An opportunity came up to work with Bill in December 2000 when the short notice resignation of the incumbent Production Manager left a hole to be filled with weeks before the 2001 vintage. What started as a casual opportunity to help out for a few years has turned into a real career commitment. Bob has a high level of synergy with the Kingston Estate management philosophy and team.

Bob prides himself on providing a level of calmness and management professionalism which will stand Kingston Estate in good stead for the winery growth and development plans for the future.
