Donna Hartwig, Red Winemaker

Donna is a born and breed Riverlander who finished high school in 2001. In 2002 Donna took the year off to work before studying a Bachelor in Agricultural Science Oenology. In this year, Donna worked as a laboratory assistant at Southcorp and finished the year off as a lab assistant for Kingston Estate.

As part of her industry experience, Donna completed a vintage as an assistant winemaker for Kingston Estate in 2006 and continued to work as an assistant winemaker in the white area while completing her last year of the Oenology course. From 2007 onwards, Donna took on the role of red winemaker and has continuously grown with the role to eventually take on the responsibility of coordinating all the red wines from start to finish.
