For this wine the fruit was harvested in the cool of night from the Limestone Coast and the Clare Valley regions, famous for delivering this varietals greatest characteristics. Maturation in 100% French oak further developed its complexity and integration. This full, velvety wine is fruit-rich, with classy tannins, gentle acidity and a long finish. Cellar up to 6 years and enjoy with rare beef or blue vien cheese.
