For this wine the fruit was harvested in the cool of night from the Coonawarra and the Wrattonbully regions, famous for delivering this varietals greatest characteristics. Maturation in American and French oak further developed its complexity and integration. This full, velvety wine is fruit-rich, with classy tannins, gentle acidity and a long finish. Cellar up to 6 years and enjoy with Tempeh Kabobs with Moroccan Couscous.
