A group of young and not quite so young wine makers got together to create The Guild where we can release our own creations as a collective while allowing our individual style to shine through.
“My Cabernet displays rich aromas of dark fruits and plum which follow through on the palate. I am not a fan of too much oak so I have aged this wine with minimal time on oak, to allow for the full fruit flavours to shine through. I love this Cabernet with mum’s spaghetti bolognese.”
