2. Kingston Estate Wines (Sales) Pty Ltd Grape Supply Policy is that no commitment made to offer a new Wine Grape Purchase Agreement or amend an existing Agreement is valid unless it is in writing and signed by the Managing Director.
3. All offers or agreements to purchase wine grapes by Kingston Estate Wines (Sales) Pty Ltd will be in writing and authorised by the Managing Director.
