Clare Valley vineyards yielded the fruit for our 2017 Shiraz. Near perfect conditions of a wet spring followed by mild dry conditions allowed a long, slow ripening period.
BOUQUET Evident plum and pepper spice is complimented with the essence of black olives and subtle hints of toasted oak.
PALATE Complex cassis and dark chocolate notes are exquisitely balanced with fine tannins to provide great length and a smooth finish.
PAIR WITH Slow cooked pork shoulder with fennel and rosemary roasted vegetables.
