The diverse cool climate region of the Limestone Coast, combined with nutrient-rich soils enable a wide range of grape varieties to perform exceedingly well. The cool maritime conditions allow fuller ripening and provide enhanced flavours and colour for a quality Pinot Gris.
BOUQUET Delightful combination of subtle aromas of Pear and apple, delicate floral notes with a hint of spice resulting in complexity.
PALATE Juicy apple & ripe white peach flavours carrying traces of almond and spice complemented with refreshing acidity resulting in fresh, lingering fruitiness and crisp finish.
