The 4th Annual Berlin International Wine Competition was held on March 5, 2017. Close to 300 wines from more than 15 countries around the world were judged by the trade-only judging panel, by category and actual price. After entering some of our wines, we received fantastic results for our upcoming vintages of our Echelon range and our Living Brands.
We received:
SILVER: 2016 Mo Sisters Coonawarra Cabernet
GOLD: 2012 Kingston Echelon Petit Verdot
2015 McBains Crossing Shiraz
DOUBLE GOLD: 2014 Kingston Echelon Shiraz
2015 Guild of Fermentation Fanatics Shiraz
But the most commendable result of all was winning the prestigious award of
Australian Shiraz Winery of the Year
Such positive results in such a well-respected wine competition make us extremely proud of our winemakers and the quality of wines that we are producing. To have won Winery of the Year award for Australian Shiraz is a truly fantastic outcome and we look forward to potentially winning more awards like this in upcoming wine shows.
